A free-standing 55m² villa in its own corner of the garden, with a pitched tile roof and a stone-edged front porch set with a small table and two chairs — a good place to sit out a Hue morning. Inside, a vaulted ceiling lifts the space, full-height curtains run the length of one wall, and the bed faces the light. A simple, uncluttered stay for anyone who would rather hear leaves than traffic.
Cồn Nhỏ River Family Duplex
At 110m² across two separate bedrooms, this is the largest house at Cồn Nhỏ — room enough for a big family, or for two families travelling together who still want a door to close. Wide glass doors open straight onto the palms and the water beyond, and by late afternoon the light reaches the foot of the bed. The stone-edged porch looks out over the lawn, and the bathroom is tiled in warm ceramic with a glass shower and brass fittings.
